I first met Clifton at Hunt Elementary, he was full of energy, always talking, laughing, making someone laugh... I was constantly telling him to stop, don't, quit and he always had a reason why he HAD to do whatever it was he was doing... one of my favorite students... then the Boys and Girls Club, he would help the little campers with arts and crafts, and help out anyway he could....all the while he was still talking and cracking jokes..... Our passion for music linked us again as he played in several bands I sang in, we talked about life and goals. Him wanting to move out of Lubbock, and when he finally did social media allowed us to keep up with each other throughout the years.... He was funny, genuine, never met a stranger, talented, loved his family,, loved music, loved God.... he will truly be missed, and his laughter will forever live on..
